At Elite Retreats, vacation rental management is more than a business — it’s a passion shaped by experience.

After staying in more than 45 Airbnb and VRBO properties, I quickly learned what separates an average stay from an exceptional one. That insight sparked a mission: to help create guest experiences that feel effortless, thoughtful, and memorable.

My husband and I have been together for 17 years and are raising four children — two girls and two boys — while navigating both entrepreneurship and family life. I homeschool our 6-year-old autistic son and our 13-year-old daughter, an experience that has deepened my appreciation for patience, flexibility, and attention to detail in every aspect of life and business.

Before founding Elite Retreats, we owned and operated a moving company in Appleton, Wisconsin for 13 years. Through that experience, we built a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and running a successful family business.

I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and am currently working on my master's degree.

These experiences allow me to approach vacation rental management from both the guest perspective and the owner perspective — blending hospitality, organization, and thoughtful oversight.
